ATV Rental Sales Agent - Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, organized ATV Rental Sales Agent to oversee daily rental operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines sales leadership, customer service, and operational management in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about outdoor recreation, an experienced ATV rider, and skilled in sales with the ability to lead a group and drive results. Key Responsibilities Manage daily rental operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Follow up on leads and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts and local partnerships Train and lead groups on safety procedures, and though the trails Maintain ATV and equipment inventory, ensuring proper control and maintenance schedules Perform basic unit checks and routine maintenance (e.g., oil checks, air filters, and daily inspections) Handle administrative duties, including cash handling and accurate recordkeeping Identify customer needs and promote premium rental packages Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular briefings Qualifications Experience in retail sales, outdoor recreation, or similar management roles Must be an experienced ATV rider with strong knowledge Ability to perform basic ATV maintenance and routine equipment checks Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to drive revenue Excellent communication and organizational abilities Experience with inventory control and basic retail math Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
