is the world's leader in autographed entertainment memorabilia and autograph authentication, featuring private autograph opportunities with your favorite film stars. This opportunity includes working in our Auction department, handling consigned collections and autographed products. We run several monthly auctions with varying themes and are looking for assistance with the listing process and other areas of office management. You will work directly with the Auction Director and Operations Manager to integrate into the existing process within the office. We are looking for someone who can match listing style and understands the importance of a uniform product gallery. Passion and knowledge for pop culture and the collectibles industry is required. Excellent attention to detail and a working knowledge of grammar is a MUST . Daily Duties

• Work in Shopify portal to list items for weekly sales events
• Edit photos of items in Photoshop to be featured in our auctions
• Assist team with other duties as required such as shipping, inventory management, organizing, order fulfillment, and prep Candidate Requirements
• Detailed oriented
• Able work on tight deadlines
• Knowledge of grammar
• Ability to make decisions when provided support materials and tools
• MS Office/Google Business Suite experience
• Work well within an office/team environment
• Reliable and committed to finishing a project
• Previous experience listing online sales of

We are in the process of moving into a larger office in North Haledon from Ridgewood. We are looking to interview over the next several weeks to find a candidate that is a good fit. This is a fully in-office position. We do not offer any remote positions due to the nature of our business.
