This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, mostly residential remodels and builds, utilizing your carpentry expertise and hands-on labor skills. As a key member of our crew, you will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship, ensure safety standards are met, and help bring construction visions to life. This paid position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while making a tangible impact on diverse projects. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation to support project timelines and quality standards Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to execute project plans Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, and hardware with precision and attention to detail Support remodeling efforts including flooring installation, tile laying and painting Conduct heavy lifting and material handling safely while adhering to site safety protocols Skills Knowledge in construction estimating and blueprint reading for accurate project execution Skilled in trim carpentry, frame carpentry and woodworking techniques Profient in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment Knowledge of roofing systems, siding installation , and fixture hanging Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and schematics is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to grow your skills in a supportive environment that values safety, quality workmanship, and professional development.
