This is a flexible position with hours and responsibilities tailored to the applicant's experience, availability, and strengths. We are open to part-time, full-time, or flexible scheduling arrangements for the right candidate. Responsibilities May Include Photography of antiques, art, pottery, jewelry, and collectibles Preparing auction listings and organizing inventory Assisting with consignment intake and client management Packing and shipping sold auction items Inventory tracking and organization General office support and administrative tasks Helping prepare for auctions and pickups Assisting with social media or online marketplace tasks (optional depending on skills) Qualifications Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and smartphones Ability to stay organized and multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to safely lift and move boxes/items when needed Photography, e-commerce, shipping, or antiques experience is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate This position is ideal for someone who enjoys antiques, vintage items, art, collectibles, jewelry, or online selling.
