Auction Shipping & Packing Associate Crafted Auctions / Just Art Pottery We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team and help professionally wrap, pack, and prepare auction purchases for shipment to customers throughout the United States and internationally. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things correctly, and understands the importance of carefully handling valuable and fragile items. Responsibilities Carefully wrap and pack auction items for safe shipment Pack pottery, glass, artwork, collectibles, jewelry, decorative arts, and other antiques Select appropriate boxes, packing materials, and shipping methods Double-box fragile or high-value items when necessary Prepare multiple customer purchases for combined shipping Print shipping labels and organize outgoing packages Verify items and orders before shipment Maintain an organized packing and shipping area Help receive, move, and organize auction inventory as needed Assist with other auction-related duties during busy periods What We're Looking For Dependable and able to work independently Excellent attention to detail Careful when handling fragile and valuable merchandise Able to follow established packing procedures Comfortable working at a steady pace while maintaining quality Good organizational skills Able to lift and move boxes and auction merchandise Previous packing, shipping, warehouse, auction, antique, or e-commerce experience is strongly preferred. Willing to learn—we can train the right person About the Position This is a hands-on position in a growing auction business. Our customers purchase everything from inexpensive collectibles to valuable pottery, glass, fine art, jewelry, and antiques, so proper packing is extremely important. We handle our shipping in-house and take pride in providing our customers with fast, professional, and affordable shipping.

We ship auction purchases to buyers throughout the United States and around the world.
