Full-Time Automated Technology Systems Inc. (ATS) is seeking an experienced Audiovisual Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on AV professional who can lead installations in the field, coordinate with project managers, and ensure high-quality execution across residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Execute audiovisual installations including audio, video, control systems, and networking Supervise and support technicians and installers on job sites Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and project documentation Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and other trades Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Maintain ATS quality standards, safety practices, and jobsite organization Provide client-facing support and professional communication as needed Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on audiovisual installation experience Strong knowledge of AV systems (audio, video, control, networking) Experience leading crews and managing onsite workflows Ability to troubleshoot systems independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Active NYS 40-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) Card - REQUIRED Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Optional medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Opportunity for long-term growth with a rapidly expanding company Why ATS At ATS, we value craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork.
