Job Description

Western Colorado Hearing Clinic is a leading Audiology practice with multiple locations throughout the breathtaking Grand Junction area, offering medically-oriented diagnostic and treatment services for hearing loss and tinnitus. Position Overview:
Western Colorado Hearing Clinic is seeking an Audiologist who is clinically driven and motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes for patients. This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional diagnostics and be actively involved in treatment, including tinnitus management (Lenire), cochlear implant (CI) care, and work with more complex patient populations, such as those with TBI. You'll join a collaborative team that embraces new ideas, implements change, and supports individuals seeking to grow, contribute, and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive audiological evaluations and patient-centered care Deliver treatment solutions, including hearing aids and advanced care options Support tinnitus management programs, including Lenire Participate in or support cochlear implant (CI) care and complex cases Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment pathways Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless patient care Contribute ideas and participate in ongoing improvements within the practice Maintain accurate documentation and follow best clinical practices

Requirements:

Benefits:
