Job Description

  • Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • As our Audiologist, you will be vital in enhancing patient quality of life by expertly diagnosing, treating, and managing hearing and balance disorders.
Every day, you will perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations, fit and program hearing aids, and provide personalized counseling and rehabilitation. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional diagnostic skills, technical proficiency, strong communication, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to optimize auditory outcomes. + Performs clinical audiological services for patients, performs diagnostic testing, performs assessment + Counsels with patients and family members, makes recommendations, provides resources, and makes appropriate referrals + Assists with amplification selection, completes assessments, identifies special equipment needs, and works with payer to gain reimbursement + Provides audiological education to patients and family members. + Maintains documentation and compliance according to policy + Contributes expertise to program development/enhancement
