Job Description
Mast Audiology is a locally owned and operated private audiology practice in Seaford, Delaware, committed to improving communication and overall health using advanced hearing aid technology. Their mission is to enhance relationships and quality of life for all their patients. Their clean, modern facility is designed to offer a welcoming and professional environment for both patients and staff. Due to a growing patient base, they are seeking an additional Audiologist to join their team. Position Overview The ideal Audiologist candidate will have a strong background in audiology and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As an Audiologist at Mast Audiology, the candidate will conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests, provide hearing aid consultations, perform hearing aid fittings, and offer ongoing support and maintenance for hearing aids.
D.) or Master's degree in Audiology. State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure in Delaware. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests. Perform hearing aid consultations and fittings. Provide cerumen (ear wax) removal services. Offer ongoing hearing aid maintenance and care. Educate patients and their families about hearing loss and available treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Stay current with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.Requirements:
Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology. State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure in Delaware. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Benefits:
