Job Description

This thriving, patient-focused hearing healthcare organization in western Minnesota is seeking a motivated Audiologist to join their growing team. This opportunity offers the unique chance to work within established hospital-based clinics while enjoying the culture and flexibility of a supportive private practice environment. This role will primarily cover locations in the Morris and Glenwood areas, with occasional support in nearby communities as needed. The practice is experiencing significant growth, and the provider stepping into this role will have the opportunity to help expand already successful clinics with strong physician referral relationships and an established patient base. If you enjoy a fast-paced clinical setting, value autonomy, and want to focus more on patient care and relationship building rather than heavy marketing, this could be an excellent fit.
Position Highlights:
Monday-Friday schedule with professional daytime hours Primarily adult patient population with limited pediatrics (approximately 10%) Opportunity to work in hospital-based environments with strong physician referral networks Collaborative and highly supportive team culture Potential future involvement with vestibular/balance services as clinics expand
Responsibilities:
Routine diagnostic evaluations Hearing aid fittings and dispensing Counseling and patient relationship development Documentation and follow-up care Light business development and community relationship building
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus multiple bonus opportunities Individual commission structure Quarterly bonuses tied to performance metrics and clinical quality goals Annual team-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Why This Opportunity Stands Out This organization has built an impressive referral-driven model that allows providers to spend more time focusing on patient outcomes and less time on aggressive sales tactics. The clinics are already producing strong revenue on a limited schedule, creating substantial growth potential for a full-time provider stepping into the role. The ideal candidate will be personable, efficient, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a busy clinical environment. Both experienced Audiologists and strong new graduates are encouraged to apply. HHR will disclose details in further conversation. Contact us today!
