Job Description
Audiology Clinical Assistant Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates, P.C. Full-Time | Fort Wayne Area Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates, P.C. is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Audiology Clinical Assistant to support our audiology team in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients. This role works closely with Audiologists to enhance the patient experience, assist with clinical operations, support hearing aid services, and help patients improve their quality of life through better hearing. This position offers the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations. The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team Be committed to providing high-quality patient care Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and families Be dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn Be comfortable with technology and hands-on tasks Responsibilities Assist Audiologists with patient flow, intake, and appointment preparation Obtain and document relevant patient information accurately Facilitate communication between patients and Audiologists to support an excellent patient experience Provide support to patients across the lifespan, from children to older adults Assist with hearing aid care, cleaning, troubleshooting, and patient education Support patients with batteries, chargers, accessories, and connectivity needs Maintain accurate records and documentation in electronic systems Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient communication as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical workspace Participate in ongoing training and development to build audiology knowledge and patient care skills Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Join Our Team Meaningful work that improves patients' daily lives Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn specialized hearing healthcare skills Stable full-time healthcare career path Professional growth opportunities within a respected specialty practice Schedule Full-time weekday schedule.
