• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team as the night auditor.

You would be working from 11PM to 7AM. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests during check-in and check-out, answer phones, manage reservations, and help ensure a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests professionally Check guests in and out Answer phone calls and make reservations Handle guest requests and resolve issues Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff Keep the front desk and lobby area organized Follow hotel policies and procedures Set up breakfast during the night shift Run the night audit Requirements Customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills Good communication and multitasking abilities Must be dependable and punctual Weekend and holiday availability preferred Hotel experience is a plus but not required Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Friendly work environment Opportunity for growth
