Basic Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Heavy Audit and Attestation engagements Special projects Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting (required) Desired Experience 1-5 years of public accounting experience (compensation commensurate with skills and experience) Desired Skills Planning and performing audit, review and compilation engagements (experience with business, construction, governmental (including schools), not-for-profit, and employee benefit plan clients preferred) Ability to respond innovatively and constructively to clients needs, including recognition of networking and practice development opportunities Ability to effectively obtain the confidence, respect and cooperation of the client Excellent communication skills Desire to develop technical skills of other team members Deadline-Oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently / self-motivated
