About the Role We are currently recruiting for a full-time position within our Audit & Assurance department. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to a variety of industries and engagement types including business, construction, governmental, school districts, nonprofit, and employee benefit plan clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building client relationships, working collaboratively with a team, and continuing to grow their technical accounting and auditing knowledge in a fast-paced public accounting environment.Status:

Exempt Basic Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Heavy involvement in audit and attestation engagements Assist with planning and performing audit, review, and compilation engagements Participate in special projects and client engagements as assigned Work directly with clients to gather information and provide support throughout engagements Prepare and organize workpapers and supporting documentation Collaborate with team members across multiple engagement types and industries Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Required) Desired Experience 0-2 years of public accounting experience preferred Microsoft Excel experience preferred Desired Skills Experience planning and performing audit, review, and compilation engagements preferred Exposure to business, construction, governmental (including schools), nonprofit, and employee benefit plan clients preferred Ability to respond innovatively and constructively to client needs Ability to recognize networking and practice development opportunities Ability to effectively gain the confidence, respect, and cooperation of clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desire to help develop the technical skills of fellow team members Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality client service Benefits 401(k) Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Professional Development Assistance Vision Insurance Schedule Monday - Friday Supplemental Pay Bonus pay available for hours worked beyond 2080 annually License/Certification Driver's LicenseSimilar remote jobs
