Job Description

Overview A multifamily management company with over four decades of proven success, is expanding and seeking an experienced Internal Audotir/ Bookeeper . This role is critical to managing both corporate-level and property-level accounting. The Internal Auditor/ bookeper will partner closely with the COO and property management teams, ensuring tickets and tenants are being taken care of and maintaining the accuracy, integrity, of them Duties Conduct comprehensive quality audits across the properties, focusing on compliance for security Perform detailed inspections to all the tickets summitted at the properties and that they have been taken care of Utilize data collection tools and analysis skills to identify non-conformities, root causes, and areas for process improvement. Talk to tenants about their complaints and help to resolve them Travel to each property to ensure operations is running smooty Maintain thorough documentation of audit results, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions to support compliance and certification efforts. Skills -! Bachelor's degree in Accounting is aplus Minimum 2 years of professional multifamily accounting experience (required). Experience with RealPage/OneSite strongly preferred. Solid understanding of GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). Ability to work minimal supervision and take initiative. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Compensation:
DOE Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
