We have a great team in place and are adding new team members as we look to grow our team. This is a walk-in plus drive-thru location and we can guarantee a fun experience!

Position Overview :

Team members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience, deliver products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner and assist other team members as needed. Crew members will be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, prep and production. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food while ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service settings such as restaurants, or cafés, and possess a passion for culinary excellence. The Kitchen position is responsible for executing the Auntie Anne's and Jamba brand standards while maintaining product quality and perfect recipe execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner. This position requires knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients, preparation of food and beverage items Responsible for maintaining quality standards of the products prepared. Responsible for making Auntie Anne's and Jamba products accurately. Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service. In addition, Team Members working cash handling positions will be responsible for accurate cash control. Responsible for preparing food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders. Responsible for cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests. May also be responsible for cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas.

GENERAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age in order to operate certain kitchen equipment. Should be proficient and knowledgeable of procedures for all kitchen stations and guest service stations. Essential functions of the position include, but is not limited to: Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting a full 33-gallon trash bag from trash container. Standing and walking throughout a scheduled shift. Bending, stretching, reaching, pushing and kneeling to reach certain products or clean certain areas of the restaurant. Cleaning is part of the job.

daily cleaning tasks:

restrooms cleaning; scrubbing floors; deep cleaning on slow days. Performing repetitive hand and arm motions. Certain job functions require ability to perform repetitive slicing motions with a sharp knife. Certain job functions require ability to handle hot food by hand for several seconds at a time, throughout a scheduled shift. Qualifications Previous experience in kitchen position at a restaurant, or café is preferred. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is a plus. Strong understanding of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Willingness to learn new culinary techniques and contribute to team success.
