Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Ayurveda Dosha Reading Expert to join our team. This role involves providing insightful dosha readings to clients, helping them understand their unique constitution and guiding them towards balanced living through Ayurveda principles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education and have experience working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with special needs. Duties Conduct personalized Ayurveda dosha readings for clients, interpreting their unique physical and emotional characteristics. Develop engaging curriculum and lesson plans that incorporate Ayurveda principles for workshops or classes. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and learning technology to enhance client education and engagement. Demonstrate effective classroom management skills during group sessions or workshops. Provide tutoring and academic advising related to Ayurveda practices and holistic health. Create written materials that are clear, informative, and accessible, showcasing strong creative writing and proofreading skills. Collaborate with other educators to integrate literacy education, math, and physical education into holistic health programs. Implement behavior management techniques tailored to individual client needs, particularly for those with autism or special educational requirements. Foster a nurturing environment that supports childhood development through early childhood education practices. Experience Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in holistic health or related fields. Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom experience is essential. Familiarity with Montessori methods or private school environments is a plus. Experience working with children of various ages, including preschool settings. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in an understandable manner. Knowledge of standardized testing practices as they relate to educational assessments in holistic health contexts. Experience in childcare settings or special education will be highly regarded.
