OVERVIEW
We are seeking hands-on Warehouse Supervisors to help launch and lead daily operations in a new facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes, and is highly comfortable working within warehouse systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping) Support setup and ongoing management of customer records in WMS, especially for high-volume accounts Help establish workflows, SOPs, and operational standards in a new facility Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates Monitor KPIs, productivity, and inventory accuracy Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues Ensure compliance with safety standards, including handling of regulated goods (e.g., lithium batteries - Class 9) Partner with leadership to continuously improve processes and system utilization
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Strong familiarity with WMS platforms and inventory systems Tech-comfortable; able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Full-time, stable employment
