Job Responsibilities:
Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children ages 1 - 6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related childhood disorders in a clinic setting Implement communication and behavior acquisition treatment as outlined by a treatment plan Collect data Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers Work with BCBA to implement individualized social, communication, and behavior replacement goals. Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients. Maintain and protect the well-being and dignity of all clients. Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma The ideal candidate will hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, early childhood education, or a related field, or be a current undergraduate or graduate student in behavior analysis, psychology, or education. Effective oral and written communication skills Outstanding interpersonal and social skills Excellent observational and analytical skills Candidates must be patient, flexible, energetic, self-motivated, creative, and must work well in a team environment. Experience working with children. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or ability to obtain certifications within 45 days of hire. Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds. CPR and First Aid certified (preferred, not required). Pass a criminal background check.

Schedule:
32-40 hours / week, Mon - Friday, no evenings
