Auto Body Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

As our Body Shop CSR, you'll keep everything running smoothly from the moment a customer enters, to the moment they drive away happy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming Every Customer:

Greet walk-ins with a warm, friendly attitude and check them in with care and efficiency.

Managing Communication:

Handle phones, voicemail, and customer follow-ups to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Coordinating Repairs:

Schedule repairs, create repair orders, manage tow-ins, and ensure every vehicle on the lot has a repair plan in place. Keeping Customers in the

Loop:

Provide promise dates, deliver timely updates, and hand customers off smoothly to our estimators. Supporting the

Team:

Notify parts of pre-orders, attend morning and release meetings, submit supplements as needed, and verify payments with the claims rep.

Handling Payments & Paperwork:

Collect payments, manage receipts, and keep office supplies stocked and organized.

Following Up:

Conduct post-delivery follow-ups, monitor CSI scores, and follow up on incomplete surveys to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Staying Organized:

Update ARMS, manage tasks, calendars, and opportunities to keep the shop operating at its best.

You're comfortable on the phone, in person, and everywhere in between.

Organizational Ability:

You can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

Accurate Computer Input Skills:

With a desire to learn and grow with the software we utilize.

Automotive or Customer Service Experience:

Preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person. Ability to Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM
