Utilize 3D measuring and frame equipment to restore vehicles to factory specifications Collaborate with teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and meet deadlines Provide clear communication and excellent service to customers when needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Experience & Skill Requirements Minimum 2 years of collision repair experience (auto body shop environment preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials Proficient with 3D measuring systems and frame equipment Familiar with paint refinishing, blending, and color-matching Ability to handle physical demands (heavy lifting, standing, bending) Organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently or within a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Preferred (Not Required) I-CAR, ASE, or related certifications in auto body repair
