Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment (including MIG welding), and airless paint sprayers to execute repairs efficiently Conduct auto painting and auto glass replacement to restore vehicles' appearance and safety standards Fabricate sheet metal components and perform soldering or welding tasks for structural repairs or custom modifications Maintain detailed repair records, document work performed, and provide accurate auto estimating for repairs Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding (including MIG welding), soldering, and fabrication techniques Experience working with sheet metal, auto painting (including airless paint spraying), and auto glass installation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Automotive repair or mechanic experience is highly desirable to enhance technical capabilities Join us if you're passionate about automotive craftsmanship!
