RS Auto Detailing - Independent Contractor Opportunity (1099) RS Auto Detailing is looking to hire a motivated and reliable 1099 Independent Contractor Detailer to join our growing team. We specialize in detailing a wide range of vehicles including motorcycles, cars, RVs, boats, and even aircraft. Compensation Earn 40% commission on every completed job Earn 50% commission on all upsold services Keep 100% of your tips Paid weekly Paid training at 20% of each job's value Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 18 years old Be available to work full-time (40-60 hours per week) Have reliable transportation Provide all of their own detailing equipment and tools, including: Air compressor Pressure washer Shop vac Steamer Extractor Orbital polisher Detailing brushes Spray bottles Microfiber towels/rags What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Attention to detail Ability to work independently Professional attitude with customers Willingness to learn and grow with the company Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated and dependable.
