No prior experience is required, we will train you on everything you need to know. If you're mechanically curious, eager to learn, and ready to build a hands-on career, this is your opportunity. What you'll learn & do Rebuild and repair starters and alternators from the ground up Repair trailers Work with and replace automotive hoses and related components Develop hands-on skills through on-the-job training with experienced technicians Follow quality standards and shop procedures for safe, efficient work Requirements No experience necessary — we provide full training Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a shop environment (standing, lifting, manual tasks) Reliable, punctual, and a team player Prior automotive or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required Why join us?
