Strong B Level to A/Master with 5 to 15+ Years Professional Auto Repair Experience Maryland Motor Vehicle Inspection License is a PLUS (or willingness to obtain it-can earn $2-$3/hr more with one) Experienced that is familiar with most makes and models Experience with BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover BASIC service repairs and Maintenance is a PLUS (no major repairs required) ASE Certifications are Plus (valid or expired) Any Manufacturer Certifications are Preferred (valid or expired) STRONG Diagnostics Skills Repair Knowledge in Engine, Emissions & Computer Mitchell's Shop Key software knowledge is a PLUS Good Time Management skills & Ability to multitask Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment MUST have own tools Must be at least 25 years of age
