Auto Press Screen Printer - 2+ yrs Production Shop Exp. Required

This position requires verified professional screen printing experience in a production shop environment. Hobbyist, home based, or self taught backgrounds without documented employment history in a production print shop will not be considered. BDub Branding LLC is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Press Screen Printer for our Screen Print, Embroidery, Heat Press and Promotional Products team. Auto Press Screen Printer Job Description:

The Auto Press Screen Printer is responsible for performing all the functions necessary to produce embellishments on apparel and other blank goods for BDub Branding orders, including setting up and operating the auto press.

• Accurately read work orders
• Verify number of units, arrange garments correctly, verify logo placement
• Correctly and efficiently setup screens for proper print order & registration
• Obtain final approval prior to production
• Load garments straight and accurately for proper logo placement
• Print 1 to 8 colors correctly & efficiently
• Unload garments & choose appropriate dryer setting based on fabric type
• Quality control; inspect closely for quality issues; correct as necessary
• Notify supervisor of problems, issues, shortages or misprints In addition, all employees are required to help out as needed in other areas of production, including the screen room, shipping & receiving, heat press, and embroidery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Screen Printing experience required
• High School Graduate or GED
• Available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM - 5 PM & overtime as needed
• Physical requirement - ability to bend, twist, reach, lift materials up to 30 lbs
• Good eye / hand coordination
• Good vision and the ability to detect slight differences in colors required
• Able to stand for long periods of time on concrete flooring
• Able to perform assigned tasks in environment with production floor printer press noise
• Able to work proficiently and efficiently while under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Have outstanding punctuality and attendance
• Excellent attention to detail is a must
• Basic computer literacy skills
