Auto Repair Shop Manager

Duties:

• Oversee the daily store operations
• Manage a team of technicians and service advisors
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of all service requests
• Schedule and assign work orders to technicians
• Provide guidance and support to technicians as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure quality control checks are performed on completed work
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in auto repair service is strongly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills for record keeping and inventory management.
