AutoCAD Specialist

Job Summary Oasis Pools is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Design & CAD Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in AutoCAD, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our design and project management team to develop construction plans, assist with permitting, and help bring high-end outdoor living spaces to life. Responsibilities Create detailed construction drawings and layouts using AutoCAD Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable plans Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail Assist in preparing plans and documentation for permitting Communicate with municipalities and build relationships with city officials when needed Review surveys, site plans, and engineering documents for accuracy and integration Make revisions to plans based on field conditions, client feedback, and project updates Maintain organized project files and track progress of assigned work Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) Experience in pool design, construction, or outdoor living projects (preferred) Experience with permitting processes (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently Willingness to work overtime when needed Preferred (but not required): Experience with Structure Studios or similar design software Basic understanding of construction methods and materials Knowledge of local zoning and permitting requirements

$60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
