Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Salesperson to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and driving high end sales across various markets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline. Multilingual abilities and experience in B2B sales or automobile sales are highly valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive environment focused on customer service excellence and strategic sales management. Duties Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach, including cold calling and outbound sales efforts. Engage with potential clients via phone, in person meetings, and digital channels to promote products and services. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize revenue. Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue per account. Manage customer relationships using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. Support inventory management and inventory control processes related to high end sales items or automobiles. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist in sales support activities such as preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments; dealership experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high end deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual capabilities or multilingual proficiency preferred. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, inventory control, and automotive sales processes is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor when engaging with clients via outbound calls or in person.
