Responsibilities:

• Automotive Sales Skills
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by guiding them through the entire purchase process
• Assist customers in finding and selecting a vehicle that meet their needs
• Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and upsell products like warranties
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Skills:

• Car Sales experience in a Dealership
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products
• Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
