Automotive Detail Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily detailing operations, including cleaning, washing, waxing, polishing, and interior detailing of vehicles. Manage and train a team of detailers to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Develop and implement efficient workflows for vehicle preparation and inspection processes. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment. Conduct quality control checks on completed vehicles to guarantee customer satisfaction. Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness standards across the detailing area. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate vehicle turnaround times and meet service deadlines. Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in automotive detailing. Strong background in cleaning techniques, including washing, polishing, interior cleaning, and laundry services. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Ability to manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards under pressure. $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
