Automotive Detailer-Chester Springs, PA:

Are you experienced in detailing vehicles in a fast paced environment? Do you pay close attention to detail, yet enjoy meeting production goals? What will you do? The Detailer is responsible for ensuring that the cosmetic quality of all vehicles meets the CarShop standard of excellence. He/She will conduct preparation for delivery of each vehicle at the direction of the Detail Manager, and in accordance with the approved processes of the Detail Department. The successful candidate will keep all equipment and tools in good working order. When maintenance or repairs are necessary, he/she will report the issue to the Detail Manager. The successful candidate strives to exceed the agreed personal performance goals and embraces and models the company culture and values. What skills do you bring?

• A minimum of 2+ years of previous detailing experience in a fast paced dealership.
• He/She demonstrates the ability to establish priorities, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely manner with a great attention to detail.
• The Detailer is personable -- a team player and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively.
• The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
