Job Description

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
  • Sales-Driven Role We're not looking for experience—we're looking for producers.
If you're a top-performing salesperson or manager who knows how to build value, overcome objections, and close consistently, we want to talk to you—even if you've never worked in F&I before. This is a sales-first role inside the dealership—but it still requires discipline, organization, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Present and sell protection products (VSC, GAP, maintenance, etc.) Deliver confident, structured product presentations that build value Maximize profit per deal through strong closing ability Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and efficiently Ensure deals are compliant and properly finalized Work closely with sales managers and lenders to move deals forward What This Role Is A high-performance sales position A role where organization and accuracy matter just as much as closing A chance to turn every deal into a revenue opportunity What This Role Is NOT Not just a paperwork processor Not a passive desk job Not for someone who avoids accountability Who We're Looking For Proven top performers in any sales or management Competitive who is always looking for the next thing to acheive Strong communicators who can control and guide conversations Organized and detail-oriented Coachable and driven to improve
