This is a great opportunity for an experienced F&I Manager who wants to work at a respected Toyota dealership with strong traffic, strong leadership support and a clear path to grow. We are especially looking for someone with a strong used vehicle finance background . Someone who understands deal structure, book values, lender advances, stipulations, approvals, product presentation, compliance and fast funding. This is not an entry level F&I position. Responsibilities As a Finance Manager at Team Toyota of Princeton, you will be responsible for: Managing automotive finance and insurance transactions with a strong focus on used vehicle deals Structuring deals properly based on lender guidelines, credit profile, book value and advance Working closely with sales managers, used car managers and dealership leadership Presenting finance and insurance products professionally and ethically Maintaining strong PVR and product penetration Helping customers understand available protection options Communicating clearly with lenders, sales managers and accounting Keeping CIT clean and contracts funded quickly Ensuring all paperwork, disclosures and signatures are accurate and complete Maintaining compliance with lender, dealership, state and federal requirements Supporting a fast paced, high volume dealership environment Protecting the customer experience while maximizing dealership opportunity Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: Minimum 2 years of automotive Finance Manager experience Strong used vehicle finance experience Proven dealership F&I success Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, RouteOne and DocuPAD preferred Strong understanding of lender advances, book outs, stipulations and deal structure Ability to maintain strong PVR and product penetration Knowledge of service contracts, GAP, tire and wheel, key replacement and other protection products Strong understanding of TILA, disclosures and automotive finance compliance Ability to work closely with the sales desk and dealership leadership Professional communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail Organized, driven and accountable Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to commute to Lawrence Township, NJ 08648 Compensation and Benefits Team Toyota of Princeton offers: $100,000 to $150,000 annual earning potential Performance bonuses and incentives 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health Savings Account Paid time off Employee discount Closed Sundays Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment Established dealership with over 46 years in business The Right Fit The right candidate for this position is someone who takes pride in being a true F&I professional.
