Seeking Experienced Ford Dealership General Manager

Position Overview:
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving our Ford dealership's operational success as we scale into a premier North American automotive group. The General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving performance, accountability, and profitability across all departments. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven domestic franchise experience who can effectively balance people, process, and performance. Ford dealership experience is required.
Success Metrics:
Performance in this role will be measured by the following core areas:
Personnel Structure Factory Objectives Marketing Strategies Inventory Levels Legal and Accounting Compliance Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee dealership operations across all departments to maximize performance and profitability Build, structure, and develop high-performing leadership teams Ensure compliance with factory requirements, legal standards, and accounting controls Drive inventory management strategies aligned with market demand and manufacturer objectives Partner with marketing and leadership teams to execute effective sales and brand strategies Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure operational success Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement Inspire and motivate department leaders to exceed expectations and deliver strong results
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience at a Ford dealership is required Proven success managing Ford dealership operations , personnel structure, and financial performance Strong understanding of factory programs, inventory controls, and compliance standards Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams Solid knowledge of dealership accounting principles and operational reporting Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen Why Join McLaren Industries?
