We're a busy, 8-bay shop focused on quality work, strong processes, and a clean, organized environment. We are looking for a General Service Technician with at least 1 year of experience who wants a long-term career and real growth opportunity. What You'll Do Oil changes and preventative maintenance Tire rotations, repairs, and replacements Battery and bulb replacements Perform digital vehicle inspections (DVI) Assist technicians and support shop workflow Maintain a clean, organized work area What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year automotive experience Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Strong listener and quick learner Able to multitask in a fast-paced shop Team player with a positive attitude Motivated to grow into an advanced technician role Schedule Monday - Friday 40 hours per week No weekends What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) No tools required to start Paid training and certification opportunities Clear path for advancement Consistent workflow in a busy shop Clean, professional work environment Benefits include: Paid time off & holidays Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Employee discounts Why Kerner's?
