Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Internet BDC Representative to join our dealership team. This role is vital in managing online customer inquiries, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and CRM management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive sales, and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers. Multilingual abilities and experience with B2B sales are a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dealership's growth by converting online leads into loyal customers. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-ups. Engage potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new sales opportunities. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing product information, and upselling additional features or services. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and facilitate smooth handovers for in-person visits. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and high-end sales events. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inventory management details, and sales activities. Provide exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills to enhance customer experience. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or B2B sales is preferred. Strong background in outbound sales, upselling, negotiation, and customer service. Familiarity with CRM software systems used for managing sales pipelines and inventory control. Experience with dealership operations, inventory management, and retail math is advantageous. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base. Excellent organizational skills, public speaking abilities, and proficiency in marketing strategies are beneficial. Prior experience with automotive internet lead management or dealership experience will be considered an asset.
