Job Description

Who We Are Cedar Rapids Toyota has been locally owned since 1969. Thanks to our long-term relationships with customers, we are one of Eastern Iowa's top volume New and Certified Toyota dealer, and are deeply embedded in the Hiawatha and surrounding communities. We are currently hiring for, Full-time Line Technicians. Expierience is required for this role. What We Offer Paid holidays Vacation / Personal time Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K Supplemental Insurance Benefits Competitive Wages Responsibilities Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Perform new vehicle PDI inspections & perform work on customer appointment vehicles. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Inspect preowned vehicles, work with Sales Manager to bring vehicle up to Dealer Specifications as needed. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
