Overview Join our dynamic automotive service team as an Automotive Mechanic, where your expertise will drive vehicle performance and customer satisfaction! In this energetic role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal operation. Whether working on complex engine systems or fine-tuning suspensions, your mechanical skills will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers happy. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and steering systems. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and suspension repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Utilize power tools and hand tools efficiently for repairs such as welding, shocks & struts replacement, and auto body work. Service diesel engines and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to meet modern vehicle standards. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and powertrain components effectively. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair progress clearly with customers to enhance their experience. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with ADAS calibration, air brake systems, and GM vehicles is highly desirable. Skilled in using schematics, power tools, hand tools, and automotive electrical systems for precise repairs. Knowledge of auto estimating processes and auto body repair techniques to provide comprehensive service solutions. Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignment, shocks & struts replacement, and brake repairs efficiently. Strong understanding of transmissions, powertrain components, suspension systems, and welding techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly while maintaining professionalism throughout the service process. Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care! Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
