We're hiring motivated individuals to join our growing Havana Ford team! We are seeking an outgoing, friendly individual! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling auto parts, are a customer service guru, this opportunity may be perfect for you. Looking for Parts Experience but will provide full training to right individual Unlimited earning potential (base + generous commission) Duties Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) keeping Vehicles running smooth or accessorizing to customer liking! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales) Upsell items and other complimentary parts to customers Look up records and enter customer information Project positive image to customers always Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone Stock and display merchandise as required Provide cost of parts for customers Make sure all displays are organized Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied Skills Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems with ability to quickly learn new software systems Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using our DMS System Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as automate, CDK Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts

From $25.00 per hour
