Job Description
Automotive Parts Manager - Luxury, Exotic & Classic Vehicles Our premier automotive restoration and service facility specializes in luxury, exotic, European, domestic, and classic vehicles. We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Automotive Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of parts procurement, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to support our service, restoration, collision, upholstery, and detailing departments. Position Summary The Automotive Parts Manager is responsible for sourcing both daily-use and hard-to-find components from vendors around the world. This role requires advanced automotive knowledge, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to provide just-in-time parts support to ensure projects remain on schedule. Key Responsibilities Source and procure OEM, aftermarket, and rare components for exotic, European, domestic, and classic vehicles Locate hard-to-find and discontinued parts through a global network of vendors and suppliers Purchase raw materials and consumables for: Automotive service and repair Mechanical restoration Collision repair Upholstery Detailing Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new automotive vendors Manage inventory levels for stock parts, shop supplies, and consumables Provide just-in-time parts support for scheduled and unscheduled shop projects Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and Operations to plan project timelines based on parts availability and lead times Communicate parts status updates via text and internal systems, including backorders and pending deliveries Track purchase orders, invoices, and warranty returns Perform additional duties as assigned Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Why Join Us?
