Responsibilities Present, promote, and sell vehicles and related products to prospective and existing customers Conduct needs assessments and cost-benefit analyses to match customers with the right solutions Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Follow up with customer leads (including phone and outbound calls) Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to maximize satisfaction Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Collaborate with sales managers and team members Track customer activity and maintain accurate sales reports Stay current on sales techniques, promotions, and industry best practices Continuously improve through coaching and feedback Qualifications & Skills Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required) Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented Excellent time management and organizational abilities Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs (MS Office) Ability to build trust and long-term relationships Open to feedback and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate Traits Dependable — reliable and consistent People-oriented — enjoys interacting with customers and working as part of a team Achievement-driven — motivated by goals, challenges, and earning potential

$75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
