Job Description

Job Overview Otto Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining automotive sales and finance support. This position's primary responsibility is vehicle sales and customer relationship building, while also serving as a backup to the Finance Department when needed. The right candidate will have an opportunity to grow within the dealership and develop valuable finance and leadership skills. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Approach, greet, and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot Help customers select the right vehicle by understanding their wants and needs Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience Perform professional vehicle presentations and test drives Explain vehicle features, benefits, and optional equipment Follow the dealership sales process from initial contact through delivery Learn to overcome objections and assist customers through the buying process Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to ensure a smooth transaction Assist with finance paperwork and lender processes when the Finance Manager is unavailable Learn dealership finance products, compliance procedures, and lender guidelines Maintain follow-up communication with customers before and after the sale Contribute to a positive, team-oriented dealership culture Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required Finance or F&I experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and high energy throughout the workday Comfortable working in a performance and commission-based environment Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced dealership setting Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening What We Offer Weekly commission pay Opportunity for advancement into finance and management roles Full medical and dental benefits 401(k) plan Paid vacation 5-day work week Closed Sundays and all major holidays Ongoing training and career development Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Why Join Us?
