We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager for our Northwest Chevrolet location to lead our sales team to new levels of success. The ideal candidate will have proven automotive sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coach and motivate a team to exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed dealership goals Monitor and improve individual and team performance through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews Oversee the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales consultants Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless transitions from sales to financing Analyze market trends, customer needs, and dealership data to inform strategic decisions Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that aligns with Dinsmore Auto Group valuesQualifications:
Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to lead by example with a high level of professionalism and integrity Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus) Valid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We Offer:
