Job Description

Automotive Sales Manager / Desking Manager Help Lead Our Dealership to 100+ Units Per Month High Income Potential | Leadership Opportunity | Growth-Focused Store We're looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager / Desking Manager to help lead our dealership through its next stage of growth. We're currently delivering approximately 65 vehicles per month and have a clear vision, strong ownership support, and the resources to scale to 100+ units monthly. We need a leader who knows how to desk deals, build gross, develop salespeople, and create a high-performance culture. This is not a maintenance role—this is an opportunity to make a real impact and help build something special.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Desk deals and structure profitable, customer-focused transactions Work deals from first pencil to delivery Coach and develop sales consultants to improve close rates and volume Drive showroom, internet, phone, and appointment conversion Hold the team accountable to follow-up, CRM activity, and daily process execution Manage inventory strategy, pricing, aging units, and merchandising Partner with finance and fixed operations to maximize profitability and retention Help build the processes and culture needed to reach 100+ units per month
What We're Looking For:
Automotive sales leadership experience Strong desking and negotiation skills Track record of increasing sales volume while protecting gross Ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent Strong understanding of CRM, digital leads, and modern sales processes Competitive, hands-on leader who leads from the front
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + aggressive commission/bonus structure $100,000-$130,000+ income potential for the right leader Health benefits Paid time off Long-term growth opportunity Why This Opportunity?
