Responsibilities:

Prospect and call prospective customers in person and by phone to discuss Capital Ford services and products Learn customers' needs by talking with them about their own vehicle and how they are using our services Build relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service Follow up and follow through with customers after their appointments. Help customers make decisions about their care and maintenance of their vehicles Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents for each transaction Help customers make decisions about their care and maintenance of their vehicles Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents for each transaction Learn about new services offered by Capital Ford and other vendors in the area. Greet vendors when they arrive. Gather information about services offered, answer questions, explain fees, etc. Help other team members with various tasks as needed. Be a team player! Assist other departments as needed.

Skills:

Ability to build relationships quickly and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors. Build rapport with clients. Communicate clearly. Maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent our company and our clients. Be able to write clear concise messages for customers and employees without sacrificing grammar or syntax. Adhere to standard grammar rules when writing correspondence such as emails or letters. Must have strong math skills including the ability to calculate the total cost of repairs for different vehicles or services at different intervals while keeping accurate records. Be familiar with vehicle insurance or how it works in order to answer customer questions about vehicle ownership. $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
