What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting customers and building instant rapport. Listening to their needs and matching them with the perfect Jeep, Ram, Dodge, or Chrysler. Taking customers on test drives and showcasing vehicle features. Working side-by-side with our management team to structure deals. Following up with your network to build a pipeline of repeat and referral business.

What We're Looking For:

NO prior automotive sales experience required! 1+ years of customer service, retail, furniture, or wireless sales experience is highly preferred. A naturally outgoing, energetic, and magnetic personality. A strong drive to learn, compete, and make money. Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk to anyone. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus!
