Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits effectively, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities efficiently. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and fostering positive relationships throughout the sales process. Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automotive products and dealership operations. Demonstrated skills in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to connect with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline effectively. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate deal calculations. Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is a plus; dealership experience is preferred. Ability to excel in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and public speaking engagements to promote our vehicles confidently. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive retailing and customer engagement practices.
