Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, showcasing our premium vehicle inventory, and guiding clients through their automotive purchasing journey. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service and personalized attention. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, providing tailored vehicle recommendations Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, leveraging public speaking skills to educate and persuade clients effectively Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management processes to ensure accurate vehicle availability information Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress Maintain high standards of customer service by providing clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional support throughout the buying process Collaborate with the sales management team to develop marketing strategies that attract B2B (business-to-business) clients and retail customers alike Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales with a focus on relationship building and closing deals Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Familiarity with CRM software platforms and inventory management systems is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and marketing campaigns is advantageous Strong communication skills complemented by public speaking experience to confidently present vehicle features and benefits Join us as an Automotive Salesperson and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
