Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications confidently to meet customer needs and preferences Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer budgets, preferences, and financing options to close high-end sales successfully Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software to track sales activities and follow-up opportunities Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize dealership revenue Manage inventory control by staying informed about available models and coordinating with the sales support team for timely updates Develop strong relationships through excellent customer service, public speaking at events, and ongoing communication to foster repeat business and referrals Requirements Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) environments preferred Exceptional negotiation skills combined with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and sales processes efficiently Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases effectively Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management tools to streamline sales activities and track performance metrics Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities, to present confidently to groups or individuals Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and marketing campaigns Strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of retail math, inventory control, and dealership operations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; prior dealership experience is a plus Embark on an exciting career path where your passion for automobiles meets your talent for sales!
